RETURN POLICY: At Sophrosyne by KB, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium customer experience. We want each and every customer to be pleased and satisfied. PRICING: We attempt to keep our prices fair and competitive. Due to the rapid change in supply chain availability, we may need to adjust pricing based on vendor availability and shipping price adjustments. Pricing is subject to change without notice.  

SHIPPING: Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to ship after fulfilling your order. Please allow 7-10 days for fulfillment. Please understand that Sophrosyne by KB has no control of the USPS which is our primary method of shipping. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Sophrosyne by KB makes every effort to stay attuned of product availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances in supply chain demand, should there be any delay in your order outside of the 7-10 business days in fulfilling your order, Sophrosyne by KB will communicate with you timely of any such delay.
